Common questions

Is my model data safe?
Your spreadsheet is processed to generate the workspace and stored securely. Investors only see what you publish - they never access the underlying file. You control everything they can touch.
My model isn't polished enough.
You need an .xlsx and a business plan document. The system derives the workspace from what you have - it doesn't need to be perfect, it needs to represent your business honestly.
What's the catch with 30 days free?
Two questionnaires, one at day 15 and one at day 30. Each takes about 10 minutes. The 50% discount stays active as long as you complete both and remain subscribed. No other strings.
Why can't I just send investors a locked Google Sheet?
A locked sheet isn't a governed workspace. Investors can still see every formula, copy the data, and the conversation has no structure around scenarios. modelr.ai is a different experience - for both sides of the table.
We're pre-revenue. Is this relevant?
